At my core, my mission is to bring people and passions together through events, outreach, and technology. I help brands, organizations, and communities tell stories worth remembering - through marketing, design, strategy, and sometimes even the kitchen when that’s what the vision calls for.

I create campaigns and experiences that connect people, spark momentum, and raise the bar for everyone involved. In a world overflowing with communication yet short on connection, I focus on building opportunities for purpose-driven organizations to grow, make an impact, and shape a future where people thrive together.

Tell me about yourself.

I'm a creative strategist and disruptor dedicated to people, passions, and communities. I thrive on solving problems and collaborating across backgrounds and perspectives.

Over the past decade, I’ve helped organizations secure major sponsorships, build systems and processes that last, and boost brands through campaigns and creative direction that resonate and deliver results.

Why are you looking for a new role?

I wouldn’t say I look for jobs - instead, I stay open to the opportunities that God presents me. For me, those opportunities center on partnering with organizations that put people over profit, operate with a fierce commitment to integrity, and are mission-driven.

In my past roles, I’ve built systems and processes that improved efficiency, accountability, and long-term impact - from streamlining marketing operations to creating scalable outreach models. I know I do my best work in environments where innovation and accountability are welcomed, and I’m seeking a place where I can connect strategy, operations, and creativity to make a lasting impact.

What's one of your strengths?

My greatest strength is my ability to relate to people and adapt to serve their needs, regardless of the situation. Whether collaborating with a team, leading stakeholders, or working with clients, I can quickly understand perspectives, build trust, and create alignment. That adaptability allows me to drive results, solve problems efficiently, and help teams perform at their best.

Describe a challenge or two you've overcome.

In one role, I inherited an event that had been stagnant for several years. Instead of just tweaking logistics, I looked at the bigger picture — restructuring sponsorship packages, improving the value proposition, and streamlining operations. That shift doubled the top sponsorship and improved overall revenue while making the event more engaging and sustainable.

Similarly, at another company, there was no marketing foundation. I gathered every scattered asset, designed core materials, and built a functional marketing department from the ground up in the midst of chaos. In both cases, I focused on creating lasting systems and solving problems at their root.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself leading strategic initiatives as a creative director or in an executive-level role in marketing, events, or community engagement. I want to connect strategy, creativity, and operations to drive meaningful growth and impact.

Long-term, I’m passionate about creating experiences and spaces where communities can gather, learn, and thrive - and I plan to integrate that vision into the next phase of my career.

2019 - Present
Founder | The Fringe Way
Work with local businesses, nonprofits, and grassroots changemakers to amplify their voices. Projects center on collaboration, creativity, and keeping communities connected to the places and people that make them thrive.
  • Created Bmorelocal.shop, a directory of 500+ businesses, drawing 1K+ hits in its first week.
  • Championed grassroots “Go Local” marketing campaign in collaboration with a Baltimore City Council Member.
  • Organized a restaurant pop-up experience -  designed menus, built the brand, marketed the event, and even cooked, delivering a full end-to-end activation.
2024 - 2025
Marketing Director | Stuck Enterprises
Built the company’s first centralized marketing department and drove multi-channel campaigns, internal/external communications, and brand refresh initiatives to unify and grow the Stuck brand.
  • Launched inaugural company-wide marketing strategies and social media presence (15+ pages; 180K+ views, 50K+ organic engagement)
  • Oversaw brand refresh across signage, in-store displays, and vehicle wraps.
  • Introduced company newsletter and employee culture initiatives to strengthen engagement.
2023 - 2024
Comms Director | Blueprints
Promoted to lead branding, communications, events, and business development for a $31M community action agency. Streamlined operations, built systems for long-term stability, and provided strategic vision while managing a workload spanning multiple roles.
  • Wrote the agency’s first strategic communications plan and conducted a brand refresh to strengthen community recognition.
  • Redesigned sponsorship offerings, doubled the top sponsorship level, and successfully sold two top-tier packages.
  • Directed the 2024 Community Needs Assessment, more than doubling responses and breaking agency records.
2022 - 2023
Marketing Specialist | Leidos
Supported the Department of Energy in outreach, public education, and event communications. Balanced creative design with technical accuracy to make complex programs accessible and engaging, while helping expand the group’s scope and visibility.
  • Designed internal tools, infographics, and process diagrams to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Collaborated on a Department of Homeland Security/NETL showcase, managing marketing, speaker scheduling, and logistics; earned commendation for execution.
  • Increased billable hours by 25–50 per month, expanding opportunities for the group.
2018 - 2019
Project Manager | Cadmium CD
Managed and optimized the flagship event CadCON, strengthening client relationships and improving attendee experience through operational and creative oversight.
  • Revamped event logistics and programming, enhancing flow, entertainment, and F&B.
  • Reduced event costs by $10–15K while improving overall quality.
  • Strengthened client trust through tailored program design and software support.
2016 - 2018
Program Manager | School Nutrition Association
Led educational programming and content delivery for national conferences, creating interactive experiences that elevated engagement and set new participation records.
  • Broke the record for number of speakers managed, coordinating 500–600 across 300+ presentations.
  • Designed interactive conference sessions and a farm-to-table chef experience to engage attendees hands-on.
  • Created a cookbook from a national campaign, turning program content into a tangible resource for participants.
2016 - 2018
Program Coordinator | AAMI
Executed 30+ annual events and global programs, managing logistics, courseware production, and international initiatives while ensuring compliance and participant engagement.
  • Standardized all course materials, cutting production time by 50%+ and eliminating errors.
  • Directed a $250K global program, convening 70–80 international leaders to expand medical technology access in underserved regions.
  • Developed and managed creative event elements, including marketing campaigns and educational resources, to enhance attendee experience and impact.

Print Design

From banners to brochures, tradeshow booths to postcards, and everything in between, I’ve got the expertise to design visuals that turn into polished, professional end products that stand out and boost your brand .I can also help with ordering, production, and management as we’ve sourced and printed projects with a multitude of national and local print, signage, and related marketing vendors.

Social Media

Social media is a tool to showcase your brand and connect with your audience. I focus on creating a distinct look and feel while giving brands the flexibility to stay authentic. My goal is not to chase trends but to craft content that truly engages and resonates.

Video Content

Competing for attention in today’s digital landscape means creating more high-quality content than ever. While video production often involves multiple layers of specialists, I approach it as a content aggregator — connecting ideas, visuals, and strategy to tell a clear story.

Presentations/Docs

Being able to communicate and execute strategies, updates, analysis, and core messaging is critical to producing outcomes, not just outputs. I focus on translating complex ideas into clear, actionable communications that drive results across teams and projects.
