I wouldn’t say I look for jobs - instead, I stay open to the opportunities that God presents me. For me, those opportunities center on partnering with organizations that put people over profit, operate with a fierce commitment to integrity, and are mission-driven.
In my past roles, I’ve built systems and processes that improved efficiency, accountability, and long-term impact - from streamlining marketing operations to creating scalable outreach models. I know I do my best work in environments where innovation and accountability are welcomed, and I’m seeking a place where I can connect strategy, operations, and creativity to make a lasting impact.
My greatest strength is my ability to relate to people and adapt to serve their needs, regardless of the situation. Whether collaborating with a team, leading stakeholders, or working with clients, I can quickly understand perspectives, build trust, and create alignment. That adaptability allows me to drive results, solve problems efficiently, and help teams perform at their best.
In one role, I inherited an event that had been stagnant for several years. Instead of just tweaking logistics, I looked at the bigger picture — restructuring sponsorship packages, improving the value proposition, and streamlining operations. That shift doubled the top sponsorship and improved overall revenue while making the event more engaging and sustainable.
Similarly, at another company, there was no marketing foundation. I gathered every scattered asset, designed core materials, and built a functional marketing department from the ground up in the midst of chaos. In both cases, I focused on creating lasting systems and solving problems at their root.
I see myself leading strategic initiatives as a creative director or in an executive-level role in marketing, events, or community engagement. I want to connect strategy, creativity, and operations to drive meaningful growth and impact.
Long-term, I’m passionate about creating experiences and spaces where communities can gather, learn, and thrive - and I plan to integrate that vision into the next phase of my career.
From banners to brochures, tradeshow booths to postcards, and everything in between, I’ve got the expertise to design visuals that turn into polished, professional end products that stand out and boost your brand .I can also help with ordering, production, and management as we’ve sourced and printed projects with a multitude of national and local print, signage, and related marketing vendors.
Social media is a tool to showcase your brand and connect with your audience. I focus on creating a distinct look and feel while giving brands the flexibility to stay authentic. My goal is not to chase trends but to craft content that truly engages and resonates.
Competing for attention in today’s digital landscape means creating more high-quality content than ever. While video production often involves multiple layers of specialists, I approach it as a content aggregator — connecting ideas, visuals, and strategy to tell a clear story.
